How do you clean a nylon brush? Like my brush has those knobs at the top of each nylon bristle so its hard to pluck out dirt and hair. Please help.

i dont think i have an OCD its just more like little things that drive me wild. i read somewhere that everyone has OCD to a certain extent some certainly more severe than others. anyways my behavior is a bit odd when it comes to certain things. i like to clean things, not just anything for instance if the floor has sand or dust on it i love sweeping it up to the last spec in a neat organized manner then disposing. also if i see in dandruff in my hair i will scratch and scratch it until all the dandruff is on my desk and then ill sweep it into the trash. sometimes if i spot dandruff or flakes in my girlfriends hair, ill get a hard bristle brush jus to scratch her scalp and dig away the dandruff. and just now i saw my cousins car and on the floor of the drivers side where the pedals are, is very sandy and has a bunch of dirt. i couldnt stop staring at i just wished i had a car vacuum to watch all the dirt get sucked up. i’m a bit of a clean freak but i don’t think it cleanliness issue. these issues don’t affect my daily at all i’m just wondering what kind of feelings and impulses am I feeling? any thoughts?
