I thought it would be a good idea for everyone to share their hair care routine and for everyone to get some ideas off of other people and maybe even recommend curtian hair products.

Here is my routine:
I wash my hair around 2-3 times a week, and I always change my shampoo and conditioner to try something new then i go back to the ones I like once in awhile. the shampoo I am using now is tressme the moisture one. I also use professinal brands as well because most drugstore brands damage my hair or do nothing for it. I shampoo only my roots rinse then condition my ends and mid-lengths and leave it up until the end of the shower then rinse with cold water.

if I have a treatment I will add after washing my hair and leave it in for recommended time then rinse. if I dont use a treatment I put olive oil or almond oil in my hair while it is still damp. sometimes ill put alot to let my hair get more oils or sometimes ill just put alittle so it conditions my hair without making it to oily. I also have a spray bottle that I fill up with bottled water and a small cap size of oil and spray it in my hair whenever it starts to feel dry. like a leave in conditioner.

I brush my hair everyday with a bristle brush but a natural one which I love because it helps take any natural oils at my roots and spread it threw out the hair evenly so that I dont have oily roots and dry ends, all my hair has the same amount of moisture because of this brush and I really recommend it and make sure it is natural not plastic. I also massage my scalp every day.

I use hot oil treatments that you can find at a beauty supply and I just use it whenever I feel like my hair might need it. that is pretty much it. its not that much and my hair feels very soft (which my hair is naturally dry) and is now bleached. in the past I used to damage my hair alot with dye and heat damage and it got so bad to the point my hair looked as if it never grew but it was really because my ends were breaking off.

I started taking care of my hair from there and stopped all heat and coloring until my natural hair grew out and I was trimming it every other month so that iI would get rid of the processed hair to grow in the new then when my natural hair got long enough I just cut the rest of the processed hair off and my hair looked so much better after that felt so much better and the frizz ball was gone! my hair has great waves naturally so i dont need the heat so much anymore so I dont use heat tools that often only like once every few months which I recommend professinal tools, it makes all the diffrance.

I could not keep my natural color I love change so I bleached my hair then colored it really blonde and I love it and because I bleached my virgin hair and only had to bleach once my hair was in good shape and still has its natural curls and no frizz (i dont use serums)

here are some products that i recommend:
redken all soft shamp. and con.
redken extreme shamp. and con.
tresseme (i just started trying them but so far i like it)
dove shamp. and con.
queene helene cholestrol
Ion reconstructive treatment (not sure on the name but it comes in packets or in a bigger bottle)
olive oil
almond oil
shimmer lights shamp. (for blonde upkeep)

thats all I can think of that I have liked a lot. I think I can edit if I think of anymore. I dont have to much of a routine but I am excited to hear about others and maybe add some things to my routine. I forgot to add I also eat well, exercise, I have a sleep routine, I take vitamins, I drink alot of juices and never really drink soda.
